Parents’ Evenings
Why attend?
Parents’ evenings give you an opportunity to discuss what your child is doing at College and how they are getting on. The evening is your chance to speak with teachers and to ask any questions you may have about your daughter/son’s learning and development. Typically, Parents’ Evenings take place 4pm – 7pm, but letters will be sent home nearer the time to confirm.
Parents’ evening tips
Read over your daughter/son’s College report and discuss the report with your daughter/son, making notes of any questions or areas for discussion that you may have for a teacher.
At the parents’ evening, ask the teacher any questions you have. Discuss the teacher’s comments with your daughter/son and talk about any action points needed.
