Cowley is a special place. Every year, we welcome students into the Sixth Form from many schools across St Helens and further afield. We pride ourselves on the support offered to every individual that joins Cowley and truly believe that every one of our students has an amazing potential to succeed.
Cowley is a larger than average Sixth Form which means we offer a wide portfolio of courses to our students. This ranges from traditional A-levels to vocational qualifications and career-based courses. Whatever your decision, you can guarantee that you will be taught by experts in the subject who are willing to go that extra mile to ensure that you achieve your true potential.

Cowley had an incredible night at the National Operatic and Dramatic Association (NODA) Awards on Saturday night, with our production of The Addams Family Musical winning 4 (FOUR) awards! 🎭🏆
The talented cast, crew and production team wowed audiences with their performances, and it’s fantastic to see all their hard work recognised on such a big stage. From outstanding performances to brilliant direction and production, this achievement is a real testament to the dedication, creativity and teamwork of everyone involved.
We are incredibly proud of our students and staff who continue to raise the bar for Performing Arts at Cowley. Congratulations to everyone who took part in bringing this spectacular show to life! 👏✨
