Cowley Conversations take place on a weekly basis and are calendared in conjunction with the guidance curriculum, the PSHCE Association guidelines, national events, and local need.
Assemblies are not in place to pass messages on, they should be uplifting and should focus on one or more of our values and non-negotiables.
‘Cowley Conversations’ take place on a termly basis with the aim to inspire our students through hearing from guest speakers from a wide range of disciplines and backgrounds.
The themes delivered by guest speakers aim to match and reflect our CSFC charter.

• 20 -25 minutes in length
• Delivery to one year group students live in the Cowley Hall
• Speakers deliver a session aiming to inform, motivate and inspire sixth form students whilst also developing aspirations and mindset
• Application to the CSFC charter
• Speakers discuss their own journey, background and current career
